Midginbil Eco Resort is a super affordable country wedding venue. You only pay us the exclusive use venue hire fee. Your guests pay for their accommodation and meal package, and you get 3 days to celebrate and enjoy your truly unique wedding experience.
You only need 70 guests to stay 2 nights with meals until you reach the minimum charge. It’s that easy! The rest is up to you; your wedding budget can be as little or as large as you choose.

Weddings at Midginbil Eco Resort
Our 2-night, 3-day wedding venue package includes:
- Comprehensive wedding package — Enjoy an affordable, exclusive, fun and relaxed event from start to finish!
- A one-off resort hire fee — gives you exclusive use of the venue for you and all your guests for your wedding.
- 2 nights’ accommodation — paid by guests (Friday and Saturday nights or Tuesday and Wednesday nights).
- Supplementary meal package — paid by guests
The meal package for a weekend event includes a Friday night BBQ dinner, delicious cooked breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday and a light lunch before the wedding (four meals) or for a mid-week wedding, meals from Tuesday to Thursday.
We offer DIY wedding ceremonies and receptions and provide you with a comprehensive information pack to make organising your wedding easy!
For the Friday night BBQ dinner, we suggest guests BYO their favourite drinks, while you provide the alcohol of your choice for the wedding reception.
Please note that mid-week packages are at a 15% discounted rate.

I just cannot believe how stress free and cruisy you guys are!! Mel you honestly went above and beyond helping me out, nothing was too much! There have been so many comments about the food- there was so much and everything was perfect! I think people will need to go on a diet after all the delicious food.
