Country getaway weddings at Midginbil Eco Resort
where all your family and friends get to stay and play for 3 or more days

If you are planning on having your wedding in 2021 or 2022, please contact us and book now. As you can imagine, weekend dates are already going fast, and you might not get your preferred date! And we have weekend wedding dates available up to the end of September.

We are a COVID-19 safe registered business, and we're in the Border Zone!    Current NSW COVID-19 safety measures allow for unlimited guests, with safety plan and 1 person/4smtr rule in place.

Most of our facilities can cater for groups of 40-80 plus, however, with the 1 person/sqmtr rule, there are some adaptions needed.  For example, the barn can have 44 people, plus the bride, groom and vendors, including Celebrant, band/entertainment, catering and planner.  Our Lodge dining room can comfortably seat 50 people at a time.  And our accommodation is suitable for "same household" and social distancing measures.
See our COVID-19 Weddings PDF for more details.

So if you've postponed or cancelled your wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions, please check availability with us,
or phone us on direct on (02) 6679 7033.  It's not too late to celebrate your big day in 2020, with those near and dear to you!

Please watch some of our recent weddings on video below, to give you a real feel for the relaxed surroundings, spectacular ceremony locations and then later in the evening as the partying begins.

There's a playlist of 6 weddings available via the  Nav icon  menu bar mouseover in the top corner of the wedding video below.

A 3 Day Wedding Celebration situated in a spectacular subtropical location

The ideal alternative for couples on a tight budget. A super low cost wedding lasting three days, so you have lots of time to really enjoy the company of your relatives and friends, especially if they have travelled far to be with you.

Set in a beautiful subtropical mountain environment with four different levels of affordable accommodation for all your guests, so you can all stay on site and enjoy all your meals together.

The beautiful 1906 historic homestead with its massive sundecks overlooking the pool area and dining room is a great setting for all of your support meals.  Friday night is spent under the stars on the sundecks with a huge bbq buffet and a few quiet(?) drinks, so everyone gets to know each other before the big party on Saturday night.

The Country Barn which seats up to 150 people, is set aside purely for the reception dinner, and is close to the huge bonfire area where your special evening ends waiting for the sun to come up with a drink in hand.

Midginbil Hill provides a fun, live-in weekend away or midweek celebration, for the Bride and Groom, together with all of their family and friends.  It is set up for you to BYO alcohol, and get your guests to all pay for their own very affordable accommodation and huge supporting meals to help keep your wedding costs to a minimum.
